Web 2.0 Website Marketing Strategies That Work

First, I want to mention one of my website strategies is to email potential clients a one-time business to business email, with appropriate contact and unsubscribe language included. There are several free services that immediately assist website owners and I pick one of the freemiums to include with helpful insights about their online business and information about web 2.0 marketing strategies. It's a very good way to open the door and get a chance to fully analyze the current position of their website. What follows is some further free help such as a keyword research report, expanding their list of keyword phrases and discovering keywords that have great potential, along with a top 200 keyword tracking report. This gives a site owner the 'lay of the land', and opens the prospect of developing a full marketing strategy proposal that is sustainable, and works to grow the online business.
The new face-off is Facebook's messaging program vs Google gmail. It will draw a large user base, it is a convergence product Facebook will be rolling out. The idea is to be able to reach all of your people no matter whether they're using text messaging or email account or something else. They're still configuring imap email to work through Facebook messaging, so work is ongoing. Gmail's new email does allow you to prioritize email and Google ties in Google Docs and Google Talk built-ins to offer a great amount of services for free. Facebook sees that new generations are using more immediate communications than email, without it's formalities that resemble electronic letter writing, so they are probably right to converge rather than create just another email client. Facebook offers filtering that's easier than white listing, which most people do not take the time to bother with. The convenience of convergence and reaching everyone no matter what they are using is a great step forward for communications because of the splintering of so many communications tools. It's incredibly clever to build off of what is already established than be directly competing with a 'like' product.
